Standard Application Profile

The following are some applications that we have developed as standard applications:

Media Advertising
The system caters for both ‘Above-the-Line’ (i.e. Media Buying) and ‘Below-the-Line’ (i.e. Preparation of Materials) advertising. The system covers the entire work process from Job Booking, through to Media Planning, Production (i.e. Creative Work), Media Order, Invoicing, to Management Reporting. All accounting information generated from Sales and Purchasing are sent to the UBS Accounting product, which is integrated into the system.

Customer Service Management System
This system is designed specifically for the IT industry for companies involved in providing computing services under contractual arrangement. The system will log calls and record actions taken to resolve the call. The system also comes with a set of reports to track calls and to monitor productivity.

Asset Management System
The system provides facility to maintain details of assets, compute and post book depreciation, compute capital allowance, track asset movement and capture hire purchase details. This system can also be used in conjunction with UBS Accounting.

Time Management System
The Time Management System is a comprehensive user-friendly system that allows a company to keep track of its employee’s attendance and its associated monthly or fortnightly working hours. The system can then calculate and export the worked hours for Payroll processing. The FA-LINK Time Management System can be linked directly to UBS Payroll and/or to a CASTLE CT-200 Time Attendance Recording Terminal.

Customised Application Profile

The following are some applications that we have developed in the last 12 months:

Manufacturing Sales and Inventory
The system covers the entire work process from Quotation, through to Order, Work In Progress, Delivery, Invoicing and Warranty. The system also caters for online Stock Control whereby stocks are updated as sales are made and internal stock movements are recorded. The system also provides a comprehensive set of Management Reports. All accounting information generated from Sales and Purchasing are sent to the UBS Accounting product, which is integrated into the system. Multi-media tutorial
Developed Multimedia Training system. The training system is used to promote products exposure both in and outside Malaysia.

Direct Selling
Developed direct selling system that will allow for automatic calculation of overriding commissions as well as sales commission.

Direct Selling Account Management
Developed stockist’ account management system to automatically keep up to-date the accounts of each stockist. The system monitors sales, payments and submissions to calculate an up-to-date balance on sales and payments. This system is specifically designed for the cosmetic direct selling market.

Property Management
Developed system to manage commercial property. The system supports recurring invoicing and the automatic calculation of interest accrued due to late payment. All invoices and payment information are posted to UBS Accounting for consolidation into the debtor statement

Warranty Management System
Developed system to capture serial number of items under warranty and to maintain information on services rendered to items under warranty
